Tollers, or Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers, to give the dogs their full name, are curious, friendly and kind – just like the readers of Toller Press books. Our six-year-old Toller, Waffle, is all the above, but also has a love of food!
Toller Press seeks to celebrate authors whose characters represent our readers. The characters in the books are from diverse backgrounds and have different strengths and challenges – just like we all have in real life. Toller Press books are published using sans serif fonts, which are typically easier to read. We have also minimised the use of italics to support dyslexic readers.
Our books are printed in the UK using vegetable-based inks and paper from sustainable sources.
Toller Press will be opening a short window to consider books for publication. More details will be released shortly.
